If you already know the task and just do not have time to build it, installation fits. These are options to discuss, not fixed packages, and they can run in sequence.

In the first conversation, coaching helps them draft appointment-reminder wording and a tidy way to log cancellations. After a couple of weeks they notice that chasing unconfirmed bookings takes the most effort, so a consultancy discussion ranks that task first and lists the patient-data limits that apply. Finally, installation sets up a narrow workflow that prepares reminder drafts for the receptionist to approve. The manager could have stopped at any stage. This example is invented to show the sequence.
