Privacy notice
This notice explains how Dean Keating, based in Horndean, Hampshire, handles information collected on the AI install pages and when you book a call.
What is collected
Your answers to the four questions, your name and email address, whether you asked for occasional emails, and campaign information such as the advert or link that brought you here. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you give it and shares the booking with Dean.
How it is used
To prepare for and run your call, to reply to you, to keep sensible business records, and, if you allow marketing cookies, to understand whether advertising brings genuine enquiries. You only receive occasional emails if you ticked the box, and you can stop them at any time.
Cookies and measurement
Only if you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner, these pages use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure which adverts lead to enquiries and bookings. Contact details sent to Meta are hashed (converted into an unreadable code) first. This website also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the cookie banner.
Who processes it
Shopify (this website), Vercel (secure storage of your answers), Calendly (scheduling), Meta (advertising measurement) and Microsoft (Clarity). Your information is never sold.
How long it is kept, and your rights
Only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Under UK data-protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. Ask Dean on WhatsApp at wa.me/447418627304. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). The store-wide policy is at /policies/privacy-policy.
