About Dean Dean Keating was born in 1988 in Gosport, Hampshire on the 23rd of November. Going through school he always knew that performing was going to be a big thing in his life, he hosted various evenings and shows for Bridgemary Sports College. Also staring as Austin Powers in the 2005 Rock Challenge entry For Bridgemary School. While at school in 2003, Dean got asked to host the Cable Christmas Community Dinner, He went down a great hit, and was asked to return for a further 3 years. On leaving School he decided to take his perfomance skills to a new level and go to South Downs College, here he achieved a National Diploma in Performing Arts Acting. At college is where he first put his stand up routine together and performed it at local fundraising events. In 2007 Dean Joined a local community radio station where he kept his own monday night show for a whole year, which had a huge following. When Leaving College Dean was able to get his first job in the entertainment industry as a entertainer at Whitley Bay Holiday Park he is where his stand up comedy really got going. Here at Whitley Bay he would have his own 30 min slot every sunday until the end of the season. On leaving Whitley bay In November he straight away took up his next role in a touring pantomime of wales. He played Wishee Washee in Aladdin, here is where he met his current girlfriend Helen Emslie who was also performing in the pantomime. Dean is currently in this years bbc3 upstaged he had been selected by scott mills as a wildcard option.
